[a•mo•bee] bolsters executive team with C-level appointments to build on 300% year over year growth

REDWOOD CITY, CA – July 14, 2011 – [a•mo•bee], the company defining mobile advertising, announced today that it has appointed Trevor Healy as its new Chief Executive Officer. Healy, the former Chief Innovation Officer and Board Member of Telefónica Europe PLC, will remain a member of [a•mo•bee]’s board of directors and will continue to work in an advisory capacity with Telefonica worldwide.

As CEO of JAJAH, Trevor was the driving force in growing the Silicon Valley start-up into a global multi-million dollar communications company, which was acquired by Telefónica Europe. Prior to JAJAH, Trevor held executive roles at PayPal Inc., VeriSign, CelNX and Trintech.   A serial entrepreneur, he has a proven track record of founding and growing great technology companies, having completed three M&A transactions, a successful IPO and a Secondary on NASDAQ.

The company Founder, Zohar Levkovitz, a recent winner of the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award, will remain with [a•mo•bee] as Founder and Vice Chairman.

“We want to thank Zohar for his years of great contribution and welcome Trevor. Trevor has a proven track record of building great businesses like PayPal, Verisign and Sequoia funded companies like JAJAH, where we backed him in the past,” said Haim Sadger, partner at Sequoia Capital. “When Zohar and I discussed the growth trajectory of [a•mo•bee], it was clear to us that we had to bolster the team. Trevor was our obvious choice.”

"When I told my friends that I was thinking about joining [a•mo•bee], they thought I was a crazy to leave the board of one of the largest companies in the world,” said Trevor Healy. “But when I told them the customer base and revenue growth – they smiled. Over the years I have come across some amazing companies with growth and marquee customers, but [a•mo•bee] is in a league of its own. This could be my best move yet.”

“Over the past 12 months, Trevor has done an outstanding job helping the company as a board member, and I look forward to continuing the work that we have begun together. Trevor’s depth of experience and proven leadership skills will allow us to accelerate our growth and take [a•mo•bee] to the next level of success,” said Zohar Levkovitz, founder of [a•mo•bee].
