As IT departments growingly move into "the cloud" and begin evaluating the cost savings and benefits associated with a shared infrastructure, it has become clear to Trace3 that in order to continue providing true value add to our clients and manufacturer partners, we need to fill a void in the IT market. That void being IT co-management services, where not only do we understand their IT environment and help them solve IT problems as Trace3 has traditionally done, but also provide them with 2 main features: 1) an IT vision (tokened "Define your X") that we aid in defining and achieving and 2) co-management services to achieve that vision. Co-management consists of several services ranging from the most basic, such as installation, to the most integrated, such as staff augmentation or residency. The goal of our co-management services is to allow the client the benefit of scalability of all infrastructure resources within their IT department. For more information, visit http://www.trace3.com.
