CIO Advisory Board
Globespan’s CIO (Chief Information Officer) Advisory Board is comprised of select CIO's from Fortune 1000 companies and government organizations who represent a wide range of industries including financial services, high technology, manufacturing and consumer goods. This group of technology experts discusses evolving technology trends and emerging enterprise needs, and collaborates on projects in specific technology areas with Globespan’s investment team.
Globespan’s CIO Advisory Board and our investment team meet twice per year. Past themes of discussion have included IT risk management, “Commodization of IT; Does IT Matter?”, Outsourcing, Nanotechnology, Enterprise Data Management and Voice over IP in the Enterprise. Members of the group also hold more frequent sub-group conversations with Globespan’s investment team and portfolio companies.
